Dabbaghan collection-2022
The inception of this collection began in the documentary class during undergraduate studies under the supervision of Professor Katayoun Ghodsrad. It continued under the guidance of Professor Mehdi Vosooghnia, and ultimately, accompanied by a series of photographs by another photographer who had worked in the north of Qazvin, it was exhibited in 1400 under the title “Qazvin North and South” at Vanda Gallery, located in Qazvin city, selected and guided by Mehdi Vosoughnia.
The collection of Dabbaghan photographs began in 1398 SH (Solar Hijri) and continued until 1400 SH.
The Dabbaghan collection is an experience of returning to my childhood neighborhood, which coincided with the demolition of that neighborhood to expand the shrine of Imamzadeh Hossein, a famous shrine in Qazvin city. This collection aims to showcase the transformation of this environment.
